I suggest that this case be evaluated thoroughly from the beginning (starting from the procedures that may/ may not have been followed to declare the child free for adoption), has the authorities advertise in the newspapers and waited for 90 days or not, and then of course appealing to the higher court. This is a sad sad story. Ruby
