Indian media’s story on adoption

Here is a story of a Muslim family that lost their son during Gujarat riots. After several years they found him. He has grown and DNA tests matched but the desires of their heart are not matching.

I suggest that this case be evaluated thoroughly from the beginning (starting from the procedures that may/ may not have been followed to declare the child free for adoption), has the authorities advertise in the newspapers and waited for 90 days or not, and then of course appealing to the higher court. This is a sad sad story. Ruby
