What is HOPE House? – (Part 2)

For good governance of any organization, it needs a value system within which every decision is made. In this line of thought, we have created a value system of five values that are five pillars supporting us to make the right decisions. Our values are T.E.A.R.S. And our motto is “Providing HOPE with T.E.A.R.S.”

Here are our values:

(T)ransparency: HOPE House is supported by public donations. We believe that it is good stewardship to be accountable for the resources that we are entrusted with. We want to be transparent by keeping our doors and our operations open to gain the confidence of those that support us. You can visit us at anytime during the day without any prior notice.

(E)thics: The line between the legalities and ethics is very thin. We believe that the desire to be compliant in legalities comes from your head while the same for ethics comes from your heart. We not only strive to be in compliance with the laws of the land but also the ethics.

(A)dvancement: At the HOPE House we believe and advance the concept that every human life is unique and ought to be protected. Irrespective of the child’s health status, religion and gender we will strive to provide the care and protection that they need unconditionally.

(R)eliability: We believe that it is the sharing of our past that sets the measure of reliability for the future. We share our past experiences, challenges and achievements openly to gain reliability in our work.

(S)ynergy: We believe that the work of the HOPE House is not proprietary but one of partnership. We strive to partner with any compatible organization to optimize each other’s resources to make maximum impact in the society.

Here is our motto:

By putting all the acronyms (of HOPE and of T.E.A.R.S.) together our motto reads like this: “Providing help to orphans to prevail in everything with transparency, ethics, advancement, reliability and synergy
