Read this book
Ms. Asha Miro who was born in Nasik but was adopted writes “Daughter of Ganges” to Spain (Barcelona) at the age of six. This book is all about her journey to India to find some answers about her own past but what she found I read is more than she could ask for. It is only 288 pages long so it shouldn’t take long for anyone to complete reading it.

I read this book cover to cover in almost one sitting! It is very moving. It also gave me hope that searching for one's birthmother and family need not be completely negative, sad, traumatic and scary. It was wonderful to read Asha Miro's experiences. I definitely recommend this book.
