Adoption discussion # 2
Like many adoptive families across the globe, I too cherished the news of amendments to the existing adoption guidelines in India. More I read, more I felt like there is very little to promote domestic adoptions within India. There are changes either for everyone (Indian citizens and foreigners) or exclusively for foreigners but none whatsoever exclusively for Indian citizens. Do you get that feeling? What do you think?
