When you bring your new child home, you will be busy bonding with him/her and making sure that your child is attaching well. If you already have other children at home, make sure that you don't forget in all of your excitement to reassure them that they are still loved and wanted very much by you. Give them lots of hugs and kisses, and as much attention as you can. Tell them verbally how much you love them. Also include them in the excitement by letting them play a bit with your new child.
