This first story , http://www.deccanchronicle.com/chennai/adoption-scheme-nurtured-minister-339, is heartwarming, it tells of the Government caring for their abandoned babies, including those with special needs.
When you go to this link:
http://thehindustantimes.com, and type in the search box for the story ”Delhi Abandons 300 Babies Every Year” it will tell you, among other things that the police bring in babies with medical deficiencies to the CWC but that they don’t have facilities to care for those children- not enough room. I hope this problem can be solved soon so all the children who are brought in needing extra special care can get it.
