Better days ahead for adoptive families in India

When people in authority decides to provide better services, who can complain? Adoptive parents should expect better services from the judiciary in the state of Tamilnadu because it is reported that the high court of this state took cognizance of the poor services being rendered to the adoptive families and they want to change it.
