On the Ministry of Women and Child Development web site there’s a surprising job offer announcement. It is for no one but for the top most person of CARA. I may be wrong but I always believed that it is a government vacancy that is filled up by the IAS (Indian Administrative Services) cadre officer but this announcement suggests otherwise.
This will be an executive post and since it is going to be a political appointment, it is to be watched with lot of interest.
