A new document titled “DRAFT GUIDELINES ON ADOPTION OF INDIAN CHILDREN WITHOUT PARENTAL CARE” is posted on the web site of Ministry of Women and Child Welfare of India for people's participation. It is a 54 page document and from these guidelines that CARA supposed to develop suitable ways and means to implement them.
