Long anticipated CARA online database is here. Hopefully this will reduce the the wait time for the families and an orphaned child to find a loving home. Of course it is going to be a while before every stake holder gets acquainted to the software but CARA certainly deserves a pat on their back for bringing this out.
I am assuming from the link that it is a beta version and it might need to be fine tuned to a great extent. I would love to see this database have an access to adoptive parents to know their status online.
