New article is published (on intercountry adoptions) in "Newsweek" magazine of February 4th edition. I didn't find the article to be any more informative than what I already know about intercountry adopitons so I couldn't understand the logic in publishing this article. One thing that this article says is that the United States is about to implement Hague Convention from this (2008) spring season.
