Choosing an Adoption Agency

When you decide to adopt the first thing you should do is to choose an agency to work with. They will inform you of all the things you need to do and in what order. But, what if you are having trouble deciding between all the agencies out there. Which one is right for you? Which ones have a good rating from parents who have already used them?
