Microsoft has released web enabled health information management software (called HealthVault) for anyone to manage their health information. This is absolutely free. I guess it is like using Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts.
What do you all think if only the adoption agencies in India are pro-active enough to use such technologies to update the adoptive child's health information from one end of the world, and at the same time prospective adoptive parents are accessing the same information from the other end of the world to get the best possible care for their child? Will it work?
What I understand is that it is supposedly highly secure web site and partnered with many healthcare entities in the United States.
