CARA ad in today's Newspaper.

In today's (17th September) edition of The Hindu paper, there's a large advertisement from CARA asking the propective adoptive parents to register with the agencies or with Adoptino Co-ordinating Agencies (ACA).





It also lists the addresses, phonue numbers and the email addresses of 18 ACA's in the country. I don't ever remember seeing an ad like this from CARA and it is a step in the right directino in promoting domestic adoptions.
