Why not advocate for free adoptions in India than “Adoption Tax Credit”?
It’s a question in sincere in spirit but as we all know that anything that’s offered at no cost has little or virtually no value. Moreover, when there are multiple legitimate stakeholders, the empowerment makes the process streamlined apart from imposing strong checks and balances in place.
