If anyone out there is looking for an electronic booklet on domestic adoptions with in India, simply write to indiahopehouse@gmail.com and it will be sent to you. It is absolutely free.
It is basically the information that is available on CARA web site but compiled it in a booklet format (in PDF file) so that you can get a print out and keep it with you for your reference. On CARA web site, each chapter and each annexure is on a different web page that makes it hard to navigate but this booklet makes it convenient to have everything on file.
