If you have a pregnant family member, with their consent, you can teach your adoptive child about pregnancy, foetus, and the role of birthmothers. Be prepared to give honest answers for some tough questions. Allow your child to ask you questions to be interactive but otherwise be prepared with open-ended questions that provokes interest.
