There are approximately 18000 parents registered with CARA, while the number of children in the Government's adoption pool is less 1800.

I-600 is sent
Today, we sent our I-600 papers to the immigration office and hoping that this is our last pile of papers that we have to fill out and send. Once this is approved, I can make my reservations to fly to India to bring Lily home.
